About Performance Coaching

1:1 coaching programmes are designed to help you perform at your very best. Not only in whatever your chosen physical activity is but in all aspects of your life. Energy, immune health, avoiding unnecessary injury, strengthening your body as you get older, fat loss and mental clarity. All delivered and supported, within a framework that fits into your potentially hectic schedule.

Following a full assessment of your current lifestyle and goals, we’ll create a bespoke programme, that allows you to make significant improvements in your health and fitness. I’ll provide you with a training programme suitable for your goals, lifestyle and training preferences, whilst also aligning this with your nutrition. Then via series of metrics, we’ll ensure progress is measured and consistent, fully supported by myself throughout.

Your health is the greatest investment you can ever make, not only for you but for all those important people around you.

My coaching programmes are mostly delivered online but include regular contact with me. For those living in Stockholm, I am able to offer in-person sessions too.

Train as a small group

Working with a close group of friends adds a level of accountability to your training and connects you with friends in your quest for better health. With all the same features as our 1:1 programmes, having the support of those important people in your life allows you to maintain motivation and push each other along when life gets hard from time to time.
